BATTELLE OFFERS PROGRAM IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT
Battelle is offering the "Program in Science and Technology Management" as part of the Hitt Institute of Technology Training during the week of October 27-31, 2003 in Columbus, OH. The Hitt Institute's mission is to help science and technology managers successfully manage in today's complex business environment by using practical rather than theoretical perspectives focused on best practice implementation. Objectives of Battelle's Program in Science and Technology Management include: Battelle speakers include: Greg Frank, Executive Vice President of Battelle Science and Technology International; Dr. William Madia, Executive Vice President of Laboratory Operations; Dr. Rich Adams, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer; Bob Lang, Program and Executive Manager, and Dr. James Sonnett, Vice President of Technology and Product Development Support. Instructors include: Dr. Anthony Graffeo, Vice President and Product Line Manager of Battelle's Coastal Resource and Environmental Management and Safety product line; Dr. Jon Olson, Battelle Practice Leader for Strategy and Organization and President of Battelle Mexico; Dr. Bernhard Metzger, Battelle Vice President; and John Freed, Director of Staff and Organizational Development for Battelle. Presenters will also include senior technology managers from leading government and industrial organizations.
