BATTELLE’S TRANSPORTATION DIVISION WINS AWARDS AT SMART HIGHWAY MEETING

For the second year in a row, Battelle’s Transportation Sector has won several top awards for its advanced traveler information system.

Battelle won four awards, presented recently at the annual meeting of the ITS America.

They are

  • Outstanding Achievement in Advanced Traveler Information Systems given to Washington ITS Partners in Motion.
  • Outstanding Achievement in Architecture and Standards given by the National ITS Standards Program.
  • Outstanding Achievement in Regional and Corridor Programs for the Gary-Chicago-Milwaukee Corridor Program.
  • Outstanding Achievement in Intelligent Vehicles for work with the National Automated Highway Systems Consortium.
